Do you really appreciate your team's ideas? The point is that in theory every manager is open to the ideas of his team and often says: "Come to me when you have determined how we can achieve goal X, how we can do Y." Then his employees generate solutions (sometimes better, sometimes worse) and come to present them. And here managers often evaluate these ideas not nigeria rcs data through the prism of whether they are objectively good, but whether the team managed to come up with such solutions that the manager was exactly looking for. In theory we are open to other people's ideas, but in practice we would like to have people who will be an extension of our own ingenuity.
However, we need to think about why we judge someone's idea as bad. Is it bad because we have objective reasons to judge it that way? Has it been implemented before and failed to produce results? Or do we rather want to discredit someone's idea because it is different from the one we would like someone to come up with? And this is a managerial crime in white gloves, because there are leaders who openly do not use the ideas of their teams. And then the teams are demotivated because they only feel like executors of someone else's will.
